Executive Chef Lonny Huot, whose 15-year-career encompasses many fine-dining seafood restaurants along the country's East Coast, has crafted outstanding signature dishes that embrace current health trends. The dinner menu features entrees as well as prix fixe menus with wine pairings and a complementary wine list that showcases new, sought-after varietals.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, Azure features elegant indoor dining that is bright, blue and sunwashed by day and romantic and reflective by moonlight. Beachfront dining is also offered on our elevated outdoor terrace, overlooking the resort's pools and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.
