Azure Announces New Summer Menu at The Shores Resort & Spa

Offers Family-Friendly Focus, Entrees Under $30, Free Valet Parking

The Shores Resort & Spa and its signature Azure Restaurant & Bar are welcoming the summer travel season with a new family-friendly menu.  The award-winning restaurant can be enjoyed by all with new pricing and a family-friendly focus, including new children's selections.  Azure's new menu provides an appetizing change for today's cost-conscious traveler.  The new menu includes at least a 20 percent price reduction on dinner entrees, as well as discounts on breakfast and lunch items.  Adding to guest favorites such as the Stone Roasted Grouper and House Aged New York Strip Sirloin are new culinary inspirations, including Crispy Flatbread, Fajita Skillet, and English Pea and Baby Bella Risotto.  Plus, children have menu selections ranging from healthy grilled items to dishes more broadly received by young discerning palates.  As always, locals enjoy free valet parking when dining in Azure.

"Without compromising food quality or our commitment to the culinary arts or service techniques, we've reduced costs to make fine dining more affordable for our guests," said Dan Daughtry, director of food and beverage at The Shores Resort & Spa.  "In keeping with the character of this popular beach destination, we've created a more approachable atmosphere in our dining room by removing the formal white linens, outfitting our staff in more casual attire and conducting a complete rewrite of our menu with more recognizable terminology."

The new Azure menu also includes an expanded selection of sustainable food items - from fresh, local fish, free range chicken, hormone-free pork, and organic and hydroponic greens, to an extensive list of organic cocktails and wines, and Rainforest Alliance Certified coffees.
