Downtown Beer & Blues Festival
October 04, 2008. Downtown Daytona Beach will come alive with the sound of blues, the tastes of brews and mouth-watering barbecue. The music portion of the festival features bands known for their blues sounds and instrumental mixes. The beer portion features over 30 beers from around the world. The beers represent nine countries, and were chosen because they represent unusual, hard-to-find, international and/or microbreweries. For those with less adventurous tastes, tradtional, well-known national beers will also be for sale. The Beer Festival portion of the event is designed to showcase the over two hundred beers that are for sale in downtown restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
